Question:
An AP has a limited distance that it can direct data transmissions. When a customer system moves out of range, it cannot connect to the AP. Many strategies exist to rise transfer distances, including RF repeaters, amplifiers, and buying more powerful antennas or wireless APs. The issue is not likely related to the SSID or broadcast settings, as the customer had a connection to the network before, and no settings were changed.
