What is the process in which the refrigerants are cleaned for immediate use by removing oil, moisture and acidity from the refrigerant with filter driers?

Refrigerant can be recycled by separating the oil from the refrigerant and also removing moisture by passing through one or more filter dryers. This recycled refrigerant shall be used in system where it is recovered. Recycled refrigerant shall not be sold to a new owner.
