A 2 ft branch conductor with a resistance of 2.5 ohms is supplied with 120 V power supply. If 3 amperes current flows in the conductor then what is voltage drop across the conductor?

A 7.5 volts

Voltage drop = current flow in amperes x Resistance of the conductor = 3 x 2.5 = 7.5 Volts.
