At 9 a.m. sharp every morning, a Scrum master brings the team together and asks the following questions: What did you accomplish yesterday? What will you work on today? Is there any obstacles in the way of your work? What activity is this?

This activity is a daily stand-up or a Daily Scrum meeting. These daily meetings are normally held at the same time and typically last no longer than 15 minutes. They are designed to keep the team informed and alert the Scrum master of any issues preventing the team members from completing their tasks.
