Team-building activities are good methods to cultivate team collaboration and social relationships, as well as foster a cooperative working environment. Team-building activities do not only benefit a project team throughout the life of the project, but they are incredibly crucial during the early stages of a project, when relationships among team members haven't been strongly built yet.
