Where can the user go to act that a user is having issues with a frozen program and would like to kill the task?

Ending the task from Task Manager is often a quick way to resolve these issues if an application freezes or will not close. Launch Task Manager and locate the application in question. When the application is located, click “End Task” to end a task.
