Rouleaux formation in a blood smear is most common in which species?

Blood cells stacked like a stack of coins are quite common in horses (Rouleaux formation). This is unusual in the other listed species, and it could indicate an underlying inflammatory process in those species.
Rouleaux formation in horses, cats, and pigs could be a typical physiologic occurrence. It is by far the most prevalent of these in horses.
