Cloud computing does NOT have which BUSINESS benefit?

Cloud computing's scalable infrastructure is a technological rather than a business benefit. Of course, this is also indirectly useful to a company, but most employees outside of the IT department would have no idea what scalable infrastructure is. It's important to be able to demonstrate the market and technological benefits of various computing options to the target audience.
