What is the last element of Maslow’s Hierarchy?

The fifth and last element of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is self-actualization. In the ranking order are physiological needs, safety, love, self-esteem and self-actualization. You can embark on the journey of self-discovery and growth when other needs are met. This applies to people in general and employees of an organization as well.
