Ozone at lower level of atmosphere (Troposphere) is bad and pollutant. It is created in Troposphere by chemical reaction between oxides of nitrogen and volatile organic compounds. This happens when pollutants from cars, industrial plants, boilers, refineries and other sources react chemically in presence of sun light.
